Buzz received his doctorate before his space missions.

Buzz and Lois Aldrin joined by Stephen and Roberta Last and the Captain of the Norwegian Sky, Captain Nilsen During Eclipse Cruise 99 .

This was the second Total Eclipse Cruise the Aldrins and Lasts worked together. The first was the 91 eclipse on the Jubilee off of Baja Mexico.
